Hirelii ("we," "our," or "the Service") is a free, AI-powered job search aggregator available at hirelii.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data. We do not use analytics or tracking. All preferences and saved jobs are stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage — we never see that data.
Information We Collect
Server-Side Data
None. Hirelii does not maintain user accounts, databases, or server-side storage of personal information. We do not require registration, email addresses, passwords, or any personally identifiable information to use the Service.
Client-Side Data (localStorage)
Hirelii uses your browser's localStorage to save a small amount of non-personal data entirely on your device. This includes:

- •Saved jobs — job listings you choose to save for later reference.
- •Resume data — any resume content you build using our resume tool, stored entirely on your device.
- •Search preferences — your last-used search filters and settings.
This data never leaves your device. We cannot access, read, or transmit it. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Search Queries
When you perform a job search, your query is sent to our server solely to fetch real-time results from third-party job data providers. Search queries are processed in real-time and are not logged, stored, or associated with any user identity. Once results are returned to your browser, the query data is discarded.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or tracking tools.
No Fingerprinting
We do not use browser fingerprinting, device identification, or any cross-site tracking techniques.
No Data Sales
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any user data with third parties. Ever.
Third-Party Services
Hirelii aggregates job listings from multiple third-party job data providers in real-time. When you perform a search, your query terms (job title, location, and filters) are sent to these providers' APIs to retrieve relevant listings. No personally identifiable information is shared with these providers — only the search parameters you enter.
When you click on a job listing, you are redirected to the original job posting on the employer's or job board's website. Once you leave Hirelii, the privacy policy of that external site governs your data. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) may collect standard web server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of normal operations. These logs are managed by Vercel under their own privacy policy and are not accessible to or used by Hirelii.
Data Security
All communication between your browser and Hirelii's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with HSTS preloading. Since we do not store personal data on our servers, there is no database to breach. Your locally stored data (saved jobs, preferences, resume content) is protected by your browser's built-in security model and is only accessible from the Hirelii domain.
Children's Privacy
Hirelii is a job search service intended for users who are of legal working age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. Since we do not collect personal information from any users, no special provisions are necessary under COPPA.
Your Rights
Because Hirelii does not collect or store personal data on its servers, traditional data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) are inherently satisfied — there is simply no personal data for us to access, correct, delete, or transfer.
For data stored locally on your device via localStorage, you have full control. You can view, modify, or delete this data at any time through your browser's developer tools or by clearing your browser's site data for hirelii.com.
Changes to This Policy
